No credit student loans

July 18th, 2010 | Posted in Debt Freedom   Comments Off

There are many a educatee who wish to pursue a college education, but have trouble financing it. These educatee hesitate to seek loans because they have no financial account to speak of. But there are no credit student loans for such students. The educatee has to meet certain essentials in order to obtain a no credit student loan.

Most of the no credit student loans are allowed by the US government. But there are some private companies that allow loans with no credit check. Federal Stafford loans, Federal Perkins loans, state funded loans, PLUS (Parent’s Loan for undergraduate students) are few examples of loans available. The conditions of each loan are different.

Such loans can be either subsized or unsubsized. Subsidized loans are for students with great fiscal instability. You do not have to do any payment, not even the interest of the loan, while you are an undergraduate. The loan refund starts once you graduate and after a 6 month grace period.

When you receive an unsubsidized loan, you have to remuneration the interest of the loan while you are still in college, which is about 6% - 8%.

However such loans, for instance the stafford scholarly person loans come with many limitations. They have a maximum total of funding for each year, about which most educatee and parents complain. The maximum total of money given to the student for each year can sometimes be not enough, particularly if any unexpected expenses arise.

Almost all no credit student loans require a cosigner. This could be your parents, a relative, a close friend or anyone close to you with a good credit history. Lender would then turn to you r co signer’s history as you would have no credit history by the time. Having a cosigner with good credit history makes the lender confident that he will get his money back even if you default payments. Having a cosigner will also reduce the interest rate of your no credit student loan. even so it is viable to get some government loans without a cosigner if you have a good academic record.

Since most no credit educatee loans require a cosigner, it is advisable to keep a cosigner ready before you practice for the loan. When asking a person to be your cosigner, you should keep in head that you are asking that person to take a risk on your behalf, as the lender will collect the loan repayments from your cosigner if you default payments. It is your responsibility to not default your loan repayments and put your cosigner in a difficult position.

Getting access to accurate business contact data

July 16th, 2010 | Posted in Uncategorized   Comments Off

With the age of the internet it is now possible to solve your personal and business needs by dealing with companies out-of-state or even overseas.   However, that flexibility and ease of access carries certain risks and uncertainties that many people have encountered.  Many people wonder if a business transaction goes bad, what they should do. Of even greater significance is what can you do?

Assuming that you have a problem with a business transaction and wish to obtain some sense of correction or monetary recoupment or refund you should contact the firm and make such a request.  Assuming that you are unsuccessful but feel you have some justification to go beyond the existing status, then - assuming that it is worth the cost and effort, contact an attorney and validate your situation and get a feel of your chances for recoupment.  Assuming that you’ve exhausted the normal attempts to contact the company - unsuccessfully - you may be dealing with a firm that doesn’t want to communicate or wants to keep access to their phone numbers, address, etc. private.  Here’s how to look at this situation.

The need to locate information or contact data about a business comes about from multiple sources. Oftentimes today companies do not provide information, especially online, because they do not wish to be bombarded with email sales messages.

Since there is a justifiable need for both individuals and businesses to protect their identity and contact information, to find a person or business is not a simple task.  While public records often contain the needed information they aren’t available to the one making the search.   Unlisted numbers and generic emails are often out of date and an address search may be unsuccessful.

If your need is primarily one of getting contact data, start with a White Pages search or an online people finder.  This will validate that the firm is who and where they claim to be.  Assuming you are unsuccessful in getting/validating contact information then you probably have a larger question to ponder - is this a real company?  If they are a corporation, you should validate their identity with the Secretary of State in the state where they are located.  If they are a partnership or proprietorship you can usually validate that at either the County or City level.  Many municipalities now have licensing data online - and it’s free!
