<a href="http://answers.yahoo.com">Powered by Yahoo Answers</a>

i recently just went through a situation where i had to file bankruptcy, mostly due to medical bills. the problem that i came acrossed is that knowing that i was going to file i just kept spending and thought oh i will just add that to my bankruptcy, it was not until i sat down with my lawyer and he explained that my bankruptcy would not be approved if i showed the courts that i was being irresponsible. i was then forced to take a class that teachs you how to live in your means and how to plan for the future. my point is that not everyone is taught to be responcible for their actions. they just figure that they deserve it and would rather go have fun and spend money than pay bills. i would worry so much about it though because eventually it will catch up to them and they will be like me and have to file bankruptcy and have nothing to show for their life when they get old. i am just thankful that i was able to get help and shown the correct way to do things.
